From Painting to Fashion

A year ago, I received an invitation from VIDA to participate as a painter with my designs in a brand new company and concept.  At first, I thought it was spam, so I put the mail on trash, but after several mails I felt curious and decided to read from beginning to end all the information.  I was captivated by the project in many ways besides the opportunity to show my work in wearable clothing,  I was amazed that VIDA can produce from one single piece because it is hand made, I had never heard that while I was working for companies  were  a thousands minimums were required for each product and model.  By then I was really convinced that it was a wonderful idea to participate with my work, but the last reason that decided me is they have a program that  provides literacy to their makers. They learn to read, write, and do basic math and build a better life for generations to come.  What a smart, sensitive, modern concept of company!.  You can buy from any place in the world and received your products at the address you need.

In my experience I can honestly say that the products are really well produced, but I have some issues with the times of delivery.  Taking another look to the improvements of their site I can imagine VIDA  has had a bigger growth than expected and they are making changes to give the best service.
